Cascade Mfg Co, a subsidiary of
Cascade Lumber
Company is headquartered in Cascade, Iowa. Cascade Mfg Co
was established in 1963 to provide prefabricated building components
to customers outside the Cascade Lumber Company retail sales area.
Cascade Mfg Co has since added production facilities in Eldridge,
Iowa in 1997 and in Pleasantville, Iowa in 2005. These locations are
in addition to the central production facilities in Cascade, Iowa.
Products that are fabricated include wood and cold-formed steel roof trusses,
floor trusses and cold-formed steel wall panels. Additionally, engineered wood products and related
connectors are distributed by Cascade Mfg Co. from these locations.
Our mission is to provide value-added services in the areas of
design and production along with our products. The end result is a
maximizing of framing efficiencies by the use of pre-built
components.
